About Dana
Dana Davino wears many hats, from counselor and clinical leader to researcher, but they all align with one mission: making groundbreaking strides in mental health and addiction recovery. As Clinical Director at Silver Lake, Dana is a hands-on leader who is in the trenches every day, dedicated to understanding and treating the complex facets of Opioid Use Disorder and trauma. Armed with several advanced degrees in psychology and counseling, including a Bachelor's in Psychology, two Master’s degrees, and a soon-to-be doctorate, Dana’s approach to recovery and treatment is grounded in research, empathy, and a firm belief in healing. She masterfully blends cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused techniques, and mindfulness practices to help her patients heal from trauma and reclaim their lives.
Fun Fact
Don't let Dana’s calming counseling demeanor fool you; she's also a kickboxer who knows how to pack a punch. Outside her combat training, she enjoys capturing the colors of emotion and life through painting.
